Here is where you can find some images of characters and scenes from the series. These aren't drawn by me (I cannot draw!) but are pictures people have sent me, or I asked them to do for me. If you would like to draw a picture then please, go ahead and email it to me, with your details, and I will put it up here.

To view, simply click on the thumbnail. You may need to turn off your popup blocker first, though, as the image will open in a new window.

Character Portraits

Teveriel, Trellany and Candale

Drawn by: John Erikson

This isn't particularly accurate portrayal of the characters but it gives you an idea.

Portrait of Candale

His face is a little squarer than I see it in my mind, but it's still well done

Book One, The Shadow Seer

Candale's Heraldic Symbol

Drawn by: John Erikson

This is the symbol that Candale took for himself, as prince. It is also the symbol for the series.

The Three-Headed Dragon

Drawn by: John Erikson

This is a three-headed dragon that Candale saw in one of his dreams. Possibly an allegoric reference to his own three-headed dragon symbol.

Book Two, The Rose Prophecies

Mist Woman

Drawn by: John Erikson

This is the mist woman that appears to Candale in the stables, after he'd been hunting.

Mist Woman and Candale

Drawn by Charlotte Thompson

This is also the mist woman and was drawn on commission. They are both taken from THIS extract.

Stone Circle in the Snow

Created by Clare Brown

This is the stone circle that Candale visits with his friends in book 2. There is a touch of artist license about it, as the circle that Candale visits is far larger, but if it had been to scale, it wouldn't have fitted properly on a page.

A range of products using some of the above images can now be purchased from CafePress. I am hoping to expand the range in the near future, if this takes off.
